We've been painting and new flat for the last week, and it's been loads of fun. Everything's gone hippie in the lounge because we ended up settling on stark orange and blue for the walls. We've got a majlis (Arabic floor couch) that arrived today, which matches the walls. I haven't told Virginia it's going to be here today and am hoping to surprise her by having the rest of the room set up before she arrives home from work today.
On Thursday the rest of our furniture will be arriving from Ikea. We're loving having the cats back, and they're settling in fine.

Looks like you guys really know what you're doing! Hmmm. Perhaps you may want something to keep you busy when you come to Niagara. (The guest room needs a new paint colour, and I really like the blue that you've chosen!) I'm glad that your family is together again, and thanks for posting a picture of the babies lounging in their new home. Please tell your wife that a good friend would call via Skype to say that she's not dead. (That's what a GOOD friend would do. Ahem.)
